We proudly accept insurance.

We strive to make quality mental health care affordable, which is why we work with select insurance companies.

Currently accepted insurances:

All visits (in-person and telehealth) are subject to co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles as required by your insurance plan.

If you aren’t sure about your benefits, please give us a call and our staff would be happy to assist.

Self-payment

Patients can opt to pay out-of-pocket. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts or “sliding scale.” All payment is due at the time of service.

With one of our board-certified psychiatrists:

  • Initial diagnostic assessment visit: $500

  • Psychotherapy visit, with or without medication management (45-50 min): $350

  • Medication management visit (up to 25 min): $250

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs, like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

  • For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

More info below:

  • We do not double-book patients, so it is important that you give us adequate notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Any cancellations less than 48 business hours before the appointment will be charged a no-show fee of $200 for appointments with our psychiatrists, and full visit cost with our psychotherapists.

  • You are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles required by your insurance plan, which may include additional fees for labs or medications.

  • Certain additional services may incur out-of-pocket charges. Some examples are:

-Time spent by your physician filling out legal forms (e.g., disability or FMLA forms) outside of appointments; however, please note that our physicians will not complete such forms until you have been an existing patient with an established physician-patient relationship for at least 3 months

-Preparing treatment summaries and/or discussing your case with other healthcare providers

-Prior authorizations for brand-name medications if taking extended length of time

-Prolonged clinical phone calls between visits

-Requests for medical records (e.g., for life insurance applications)

-Physician time at court or providing depositions

  • We accept cash, check, debit card, and all major credit cards. Your card number will be held on file for ease of payment in the future. You can also pay with your HSA or FSA debit card.
