Getting Started

We know that reaching out for help can be hard. We make it as easy as possible.

We are currently accepting new patients on a case-by-case basis to ensure appropriate, optimal care. If we are unable to do so, we will do our best to guide you towards those who can.

Submit your information below to notify us of your interest.

If you plan to use insurance, please include your insurance ID# so we can verify your benefits. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee an appointment.

We get back to you within 24 business hours.

A staff member will reach out to let you know if we are able to accommodate you in our schedule, and whether we can provide the right kind of care you need. If we can’t, we will provide information for other clinicians in the community.

Fill out your intake forms online.

If it’s decided that we are the right fit for your care, we will provide you with access to our intake forms to fill out online. It’s the same kind of paperwork you usually fill out in the waiting room at your other doctor’s offices, but from the comfort of your own home. Once that is completed, we will schedule you with the right clinician for your care.

Meet your clinician.

Your first visit is considered a consultation, and by end of it your psychiatric physician or psychotherapist will tell you their clinical impressions and initial treatment recommendations.

Treatment is on the way.

If your psychiatrist prescribes medications or lab work, they will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy or laboratory.

Follow up.

You and your clinician will decide on an appropriate time frame for follow up (e.g., within 2 weeks), and get you connected back with our staff to set an appointment in the calendar for ongoing care.
